The help line is operational Monday to Thursday	
8pm till 10pm.

The help-liners are all unpaid volunteers who 
give a few hours a week to be of service to 
others.

They will listen to callers inquiry or 
proplems and try to give as much help or adivce 
as it is possible to give over the phone.

All help-liners have some first hand experience 
of dyslexia, whether it's their partner or children
who are dyslexic or they may even be dyslexic
themselves.

Every call is made in the strictest confidence and
no information is passed on without the the full 
consent of the caller.
